Local rules displayed on score card and the first tee. Some Covid - 19 restriction are still in place. Rakes are in bunkers, however if you do NOT wish to use them and your ball is in a foot print then you are allowed to move it the width of a score card, no nearer the hole. Free relief from marker posts or on course signs can be taken.
